Account Management
At Holistic Travel Plan (HTP), we are committed to protecting your privacy and respecting your rights as a user. Below you’ll find all the information on how to manage your account, including data access, deletion, and privacy-related requests.
Closing or Deleting Your Account
If you no longer wish to use your HTP account, you may request permanent deletion at any time.
To delete your account, please email us at support@holistictravelplan.pt with the subject line “Account Deletion Request”.
Once your identity is verified, your account and all associated personal data will be permanently removed from our systems, except for data we are legally required to retain (e.g., for financial or legal compliance).
Important: Account deletion is irreversible. Once processed, your data cannot be recovered.
Requesting Access to Your Personal Data
You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
To make a data access request, email us at support@holistictravelplan.pt with the subject line “Personal Data Request”.
We will respond within 30 days, as required by GDPR.
Right to Be Forgotten
Under Article 17 of the GDPR, you may request the complete erasure of your personal data from our platform and all related services, provided there is no overriding legal obligation to retain it.
To initiate your “Right to Be Forgotten” request, please contact support@holistictravelplan.pt and include:
- Your full name and email associated with the account
- The specific request (full deletion, anonymization, etc.)
We will process the request within the legally required time frame and confirm once completed.
